Given the success of previous years, this year JEF Malta will undertake a training session tackling advocacy, open to persons under 35 years of age.

The first of such advocacy trainings will be a session focused on the main steps to be taken for citizens to act. The training will include a panel of activists from all different walks of life and well as a number of workshops.

This training session aims to answer to the following problems that young people face when trying to make a difference:

✅ How to be a more active member of society
✅ How to think more critically
✅ How to form a reasoned opinion
✅ How to actually make your voice heard

This session will fall under the “I Choose Europe” campaign implemented by our parent organisation, JEF Europe. The campaign is aimed at ensuring that MEPs actually keep the promises they made before the 2019 European Parliament Elections by giving young people the tools and skills to keep them accountable.
